USO is the third largest union in Spain by representation. At Diputación de Granada we are your independent voice, free from political parties and business interests.

We maintain our independence from political parties, governments and employers. We live from membership fees, not subsidies.

We are organised from the bottom up. Decisions are made by union sections, not leaders. Workers are in charge at USO.

We are the only national union with a Resistance and Solidarity Fund (CRS) to financially support members in strikes, sanctions or dismissals.
